Returns Policy
UK Returns
We do hope you are happy with your purchase from PALLE SPORT. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please complete the returns form included with your order or alternatively please contact us via email at info@pallesport.com or phone 03333 441123.
You can return your item/s within 28 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method or exchange your item/s for a product/s of equivalent value. All return costs are to be paid by the sender and sent to the following address:

Refunds
If you want a refund, just tick refund on the Returns Form. We'll let you know once your parcel arrives back with us and we will refund the price you paid for the item/s back to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the Returned item/s.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange you will need to fill in what you want as the replacement. As soon as the return arrives back, we will let you know the timeframe of the new shipment.
Quickest Exchange
The best method to get your exchange quickly and guarantee the item you want is to simply place a new order and send the original back for a refund.
Original Condition
With all returns, please return your item/s in the condition in which you received them. Obviously, when receiving item/s please inspect them to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase but please ensure any item/s being returned have tags or original package and item with missing tags and packaging will be returned to the customer.
Faulty Goods
If you have a product that has developed a fault, please contact us via email at info@pallesport.com or alternatively phone us on 0333 441123 so we can arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us so that we can return it to the manufacturer to begin a claim under warranty.
In all cases we will issue a Faulty Item Form to be filled out in advance of sending the item back to us.
Here is the procedure for returning a faulty item:
- Contact Palle Sport via email or phone
- Complete the Faulty Item Form
- Return the item back to Palle Sport using the method agreed
- Once the item arrives back with us and been inspected, we will either issued a replacement FOC or contact you to discuss the next steps.
Return Received Email
No matter whether you return a parcel for an exchange, refund or because an item has developed a fault, as soon as we receive your parcel, we'll send a Return Received Email. You now know that your return has arrived back with us safely.
Please note that the Return Received Email can be sent up to 2 working days after the tracking information says that we have received it.
Customised Equipment
Please note that customised equipment and personalised orders can only be returned for replacement/repair/refund if they are faulty or misdescribed.
